Adding a YouTube video to a PowerPoint presentation is actually rather a small and fast task. There is a really great article (Add YouTube Videos to a Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 Presentation, by Michele McDonough) that helped me through the process this morning--though it only works if the computer you are running the presentation on, on the day of your presentation, has access to the Internet.
